Hi, I have the same problem, I recently installed Eset Internet Security 11 and HIPS is blocking me from a game of steam Arma 3 and anticheath battlEye, it also disconnects me from the internet. in the record generated by HIPS 801, the configuration is by default as when one installs the Eset. They could fix the problem. Also try putting in exception but it does not work, it blocks me and disconnects me from internet for a period of time.
