    I have Smart Security. I disabled Gamer Mode in Advance Setup and that resolved the issue.

    Can someone sent instructions on how to downgrade to earlier version? Where do I download the previous version?

    I have Eset Smart Security 10.1.219.0 on Win 10 Enterprise. I can consistently reproduce it on Chrome and youtube. When I do full screen the video freezes for several seconds and same thing happens when exiting out of full screen. The freeze happens in any video played in Chrome not just youtube. I tried in Microsoft Edge and video plays smoothly without any freeze. So its a chrome specific issue. I opened Windows Task Manager when it happens and I can see the Eset service CPU usage spike up. I contacted support several times but have not received any response. If this is not fixed soon I'll not renew my license that's up soon.
