The good news is that you are not alone, I've got this and am hunting it down as well. The bad news is I don't know the solution yet :(. It also doesn't appear if you do a list of all installed applications, not just the eSet ones. I'm seeing it on both Win 10 Pro and Home and both 32bit and 64 Ok, off to hunt further
