After using ESET for a year next month,I decided to renew my license today.To be honest,I like the support I have received during the past year,may it be via phone support.My most likeness is the support I have received on this forum.Thanks to all who have helped me to be comfortable with this software.Hopefully for the future we can be supportive to and for one to another.Many Thanks.

Thanks to all who supported me with the configuration of eset and malwarebytes exclusions.In no particular order,Thanks to Arakasi,SweX, and SCR.I'm happy to say both seems to working together very well.If any issues shall arise,I will come here for some very supportive answers and solutions.Thanks a bunch to each of you.

  17. A clean installation of ESS7.Use eset removal tool to uninstall to do a clean installation.Hope it helps
  18. In using system restore,I disabled ess7 protection until system restart.See if it helps.Hope it works for you
  19. Yes I agree the free version has the big red x and other that's not functional in the free version.I might just try the trial version and see if I'm comfortable with it.If so I will purchase.Will real-time be compatible with ESET?Thanks for all the feedback.

I am curious to know should DEP be enabled or disabled.I don't have any issues.From time to time I run Microsoft tools to check for performance issues and errors.It always state DEP was disabled.Is there any advantages of it being enabled or disabled?Thank you very much.Wouldn' ESET take care of those security issues?
  22. I received my update of 9569 on 3-20-14 at 8pm ,Is this the norm after looking at the virus radar it came out on 3-21 -14.I do have the lastest update of 9572.Is this a cause to be alarmed?Thank you very much.DISREGARD NO ISSUES.SORRY I LOOKED AT THE WRONG INFO.THANKS JUST THE SAME.
  23. :DThank you all.I ran tdss and it found 2 rookits and it took care of the issue.It was embedded deep in a system file in disguise.It did look legit.
