Hi There, Today we are seeing message on client computer “ personal firewall (the usage period for learning mode has elapsed) you must switch to another firewall filtering mode. I have attached the screenshot of same. We have firewall in learning mode till 5-17-2017, screenshot attached. Can you please help us to resolve this issue and please let us know why this message is appearing.

Hi ESET Team, I’m facing issue with webcontrol policy on ESET web console. I had policy for both URL group and category group. Now this policy are missing but it is visible on client computer. Hi There, Some client computers today showing HIPS notification on their system “HIPS The usage period for learning mode has elapsed”. We have policy for HIPS in learning mode on ERA till May 31 2017. Thank Marcos, The issue is resolved once I exported policy from other computer which do not have issue. What could be the reason. Is this something policy hasn’t been applied properly when I assigned policy from ERA console?

On ERA console we are seeing “web control is not function” on some computer but on all other computers we do not see this error. Protocol filtering is enable on ERA and this issue is only for few computers. Product: ERA version 6.4 ESET endpoint security 6.4

Thanks Marcos, But I want to pull this data into excel or csv or text file and I do not want to select each every single pc. I should be able to select multiple pc and able to get their result in one single result. Let me know is this possible.

Is it possible to get all the firewall rules generated on client’s pc from ERA. Currently the client PC is in learning mode and it is enabled through policy from ERA. (What I am looking for is I should be able to see what is allowed on client pc ) Product: ERA version 6.4 ESET endpoint security 6.4

In ERA there is not error but on Client PC events im seeing this error ““Activation was not successful: could not reach activation server”. The Local PC is displaying the error. Client getting update from proxy not from mirror.

We are seeing event “Activation was not successful: could not reach activation server”. This PC was activated using offline license .lf file as this PC do not have internet. We activated the PC two days back and virus update was not an issue and virus database updated 4 hours ago and now we see this error on event “Activation was not successful: could not reach activation server”. Hi There, ESET client which are not connected to internet are not updating virus database. We have activated client using ESET offline license. We have created the proxy as per the instruction on document. I have attached the screenshot in ZIp file for the reference. Hi, Is there any option to block malware executing using Hash value in ESET? For example if I found Hash value of malware on virus total and I want to block that malware getting executing in our environment.

I have installed ESET Endpoint security 6.6 to clients by pushing from ERA 6. I have enabled network firewall in learning mode, some of the PC is showing failed to create firewall rule on events. Others client do not have this issue. I'm new to ESET product, Please help me how to resolve this issue.
