Have been unable to install version 10 - gets to point and crashes out saying some file (not stated but presumably part of current version) is in use. This problem described above is happening with version 9.0.402.0

I too am getting this message - however I am on Windows 7 not 10 so your response doesn't cover this. Appreciate your assistance.
