Use Eset 10 years experience for the first time that Eset in a new Betriebsysten so many mistakes has as under Windows 10 finals and the German support is not responding, man should even show Eset slow second red card and no longer lengthening, maybe they watch then again, I'm over 10 years loyal Eset as said fan and a beta tester and have something not experienced, you can watch as Eset and their support are getting worse!

I asked 3 weeks ago the German Support for help because of inactive Hip to support and received no response to date and the ztum umpteenth time! I use since about 10 years and Eset have to say that the German support can be deleted since it does not receive a response to error messages, for which I pay money when there is no longer supported because of the German support is not necessary to hold answers to give and support! Have never experienced such lousy support !!!

es wurde mir heute Morgen nach dem Eset die neue Signatur sich eingespielt hatte, mir plötzlich Angezeigt das die Hip Rules XML zur Analyse an Eset gesendet wird! Warum schickt Eset jetzt seine eigenen System Dateien zur Analyse? Ich Bitte um Aufklärung!

Do I use Eset Mobile now over 1 year and have since always some trouble and just like you it seems to really bother anyone, because I write Eset support certainly no longer as there was any problem with only the same standard answers there, I belief the email support has not really know them and therefore do no more than just work through their issues catalog!
