open web interface (of router) button not working

but sir many home user not have internet or they use internet rarely . but they want secure pc from virus from usb storage etc..

i am successfully create mirror for eset smart security 9 using mirror option in setting .(for customer pc av/ss defination updation because slow net connectivity in our area and save internet usages.) when customer purchase eset av/ss they want fully updated on their pc. But now when i create mirror for eset smart security 10 its not updating on another pc. i think its not create proper update.ver. i found some coding missing in update.ver while i compare it eset v9 update.ver. please give me any solution for this. eset ss 10 update.ver sample here please please give me any solution .thanks updver.txt

problem cause is network tools refresh/interval time. if i turn off refresh interval time screen stop flicking.
