The procedure described in topic #9 desn't work in my case 1) the unninstaller gives an error : Registry support initialization failed : 0x080080005 (run in safe mode). I tryed the different switches without success. 2) I cannot delete the file epfw.sys, used by a process (I cannot locate witch process. Just hoping this problem will be solved soon by the developpers. Thanks to all the participants of this forum
