Impossible to make work eset on debian 11

I managed to install eset protect advanced on multiples debian server.

from eset protect, I went on "add a device" then linux, i downloaded and copied the tar.gz on my servers then executed it to install. Then i activated the product then reboot my servers (multiple times) however my server are in red in eset protect, showing :

"real-time protection is not working. try to restart computer or reinstall product"

following : systemctl efs status :

i'm not on UEK
