Password Manager compatibility problems

I recently upgraded to Smart Security Premium on three machines (1 Win10. 1 Mac and 1 MacBook) in order to use the password manager facility but I now find that a password manager created on  my Windows 10 PC will not open on either MacOS 10.15.6, the login page syncs with the server then loops asking again for login details, this goes on forever, if I enter a wrong master password it acknowledges this fact so obviously there is a valid connection.

I have spent hours on the phone with technical support trying to resolve this issue they now agree this is a known issue and will seek a solution.

However searching through this forum this problem was reported in August 2019 how long is this likely to take? in FAQs it clearly states that all my platforms are compatible, doesn't state anywhere that it will not work across Win / Mac.

Not very happy.
