Firewall Problems

Please anybody help me in firewall setting. My problem is that I use ESET Smart Security 8.0.319.1 on a PC where GeoVision GV-NVR, GeoVision GV-Mobile Server is running. Port Forwarding and Dynamic DNS is set on router, but I can only access my cameras through internet when Eset Firewall is switched out. How do I have to setup firewall in order to be able to access my cameras even with firewall switched on?
