  1. Thanks, i have found the problem in the network mask configuration.
  2. Hi all, I have implemented the ERA Server recently, and I have the next doubt: After sync with Active Directory (Windows 2008 R2 DC x64) all groups and computers appeared in ERA Server. However, after deploy the ERA Agent all computers appeared cloned in Lost & Found Group. The status of the computers in the syncronized group are "unknow", but the status of the computers in the Lost & Found Group is ok, with all information about computer (Product, version, DB, etc). Why is it happening? Have I to move all computers from Lost & Found to their respective groups? Thanks in advance
  3. Hello, I am trying to deploy the ESET Remote Administrator 6 for VMWare, and I am having several problemas. I have downloaded the ovf file from eset website (vmware version) and I have deployed it. According the installation guide, it should appear a properties page when you have to configure hostname, password and domain. This page did not appear in my case. Well, after finished deployment I have powered on the machine and entered into console using default password "eraadmin". Then I have configured the server by editing the ovf.xml file. Here I could set all the parameters (ip, netmask, hostname, domain, domain account, domain password, etc). After done, I have rebooted the server. It ran without errors or warnings, showing the links to access the web console: https://eraserver.domain.com:8443and https://10.0.3.80:8443 (the ip I had configured first). However, this ip doesn´t responde from clients and I can´t access to web console. I can reach every hosts from server, included itself in 10.0.3.80 (ping results ok). Where am I wrong? Thanks in advance.
