Thanks for the prompt response, Marcos. Does that mean the reseller needs to verify the purchase? I have indeed bought it from a third party vendor (I thought they were an authorized one). Considering the license is enabled on my account I am quite confused of the process here.

I didn't receive an email, opened 4 or 5 tickets and all never resulted in a response or with a confirmation email with a reference number. I think something is off with the email. Public ID is: 3B3-2SD-W47 Can you please help???
