It appears that the license was issued in Sri Lanka but you are from Israel. We recommend to purchase licenses from authorized ESET distributor and resellers.

I have indeed bought it from a third party vendor (I thought they were an authorized one). Considering the license is enabled on my account I am quite confused of the process here.
Administrators Marcos 5,466 Posted July 13 Administrators Posted July 13 Licenses are supposed to be registered to end users by the ESET distributor or reseller. Yours is registered in the name of UvXXdu SeXXXXXXXne and was issued in Sri Lanka. This user has several licenses almost all of which are overused. I'm afraid it's likely you have become victim to fraud. If the seller cannot change the registration information to yours, he's not an authorized reseller and I'd suggest asking for a refund.
