I tested the anti-theft function on my daughter's laptop by click the "My device is missing" button in the Anti-Theft management web protal. The laptop rebooted into the phantom account. I attempted to restore it normal by click the "I recovered my device" but only the phantom account is displayed at login. The laptop shows "not missing" in the Anti-Theft management portal, however I continue to see new screen captures and webcam snapshots every 10 minutes.
desperate to restore access to main account!

I'm having a similar problem. I tested the anti-theft on my daughters laptop which resulted in her laptop restarting and coming up with only the phantom account.
I changed status back to not missing but I only the phantom account is available from the login screen.
please advise how to restore the original account.

eset fails to launch secure browser
in ESET NOD32 Antivirus

eset has stopped launching the secure browser to CIBC bank. The secure browser is successfully launched to BMO bank.
my environment is:
eset = 12.1.31.0
windows 10 = 1809
chrome = 73.0.3683.86
CIBC URL = https://www.cibc.com/en/personal-banking/ways-to-bank/online-services.html
Please check and advise
