  1. Interestingly, the BSOD problem occurs when Windows 11 + Support Assistant (SA) 4.x + ESET 11.x is installed on the computer. Win 11 + SA 4.x, but without ESET it's ok. Apparently Win 11 + ESET, but without SA 4.x is also ok, but I haven't checked it yet.
  2. Reinstalling the computer with Dell Support and no ESET = no BSOD Conclusion: ESET and Dell Support don't like each other
  3. @Pan Bambaryla I found it on Dell's website, but I have a Latitude 7440. I don't know if this problem would apply to my model. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000212558/latitude-and-precision-laptop-may-have-blue-screen-error-after-installing-windows-11-21h2
  4. Exactly, I also suspect that it may also be a BIOS problem. The problem appeared a week ago. This may be related to a given Dell model, Win11Pro updates or Eset update. Yesterday I turned off Eset and experienced a BSOD when turning off the computer. This time the em006-64.dll file is not in the BSOD. There is only ntoskrnl.exe, which also appeared previously. It is noticeable that BSODs occur more often when I am not working on the computer than when I am working.
  5. How can I send a file with a complete memory dump, if my file is 12GB and you allow files of 200MB? 🤔
  6. I also have a similar problem. The em006_64.dll file generates a BSOD. Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 OS Build 22631.3447 Features Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22688.1000.0 ESET Internet Security 17.1.11.0
