Hello, Our company regularly sends whitelist submissions to ESET via FTP and have done so for years with the same credentials. However, last evening these credentials suddenly stopped working. Is there someone we can reach out to to reset these credentials? We have since opened a ticket at TRACK#66327E790073 Thank you
