  2. Hello! I tried to file an issue through customer service, but I never received a notification email for my service request, which is why I'm posting this issue here. I used your free trial without problems in my device. At some time, close to its expiration date, the program started to have problems because I couldn't open the program's main window. It says: " The app can't run because it causes security or performance issues on windows. A new version may be available. Check with your software provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows." I downloaded an installer, but it failed to work. It never finished installing. The troubleshooter suggested that I should restart the computer and try using the installer again. However, I tried doing this three time, but failed. I also tried uninstalling the ESET program that I already have myself, but I couldn't uninstall it nor repair it for some reason. I believe the installed version is 10.1.245.0, but I am not sure because I can't open the program. My computer has Windows 11 installed. I would gladly appreciate any help.
