Hello. While trying to update OS on Macbooks from ESET ON-PREM i've faced this error. UpdateSystem: softwareupdate finished with exit code 256 Can someone explain whats wrong?

Hello I'm use ESET Protect ON-Prem. I'm create a few installers ESET Endpoint Security (All in One installer for windows) ESET Management Agent (for MAC OS) Everything is OK with ESET Endpoint Security, I can edit it and downloadit. My problem is with ESET Management Agent I can't download it, faced out with error "Failed to get installers". Can you help me please to understand my issue? Thanks FYI this link is worked for me hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1/com/eset/tools/installers/bootstrapper_era/v4/4.0.12.0/epi.exe
