Don't see how it's a scam if they key worked for 9 months and only stopped after windows reinstall, I take it I won't be getting any help from Eset so time to try another vendor then.

Hi I just reinstalled windows re-downloaded eset and tried using my key which doesn't work and I just get an ACT.33 error code, any idea how to resolve this?
