I have no clue how your TV is connected to your LAN.
Anyways, if you can reproduce the detection easily, please carry on as follows:
Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
Reboot the machine
Wait until ARP cache poisoning is detected (should it take too long, don't create advanced logs)
Stop logging
Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
