However, when I create a configuration in the Trusted zone, it cannot be saved and is always like that. Even I changed network, deleted cache, changed browser, it's the same. How to fix it?

Hallo Folks I use ESET Protect Cloud and a have problem which is "i can print but cannot scan via network". even though I have configured allow access to shared files and printer on remote computers. How to fix the case ?\ Thank you
