  1. I have a couple of old Twitter accounts which I've deactivated as I no longer use them and I want to completely remove them, rather than just let them lie dormant. ESET Social Media Scanner spotted it could no longer connect to the deactivated accounts, but when I went into Social Media Scanner to remove the profiles, I had to choose a reason to remove the profiles before the webpage would let me do so. But none of the choices fits my reasons. Anyone else come across this? Any suggestions, besides just giving the wrong reason? Thanks, Chris
