Seriously? Are you employed by ESET or do you speak on behalf of ESET corporate?

This is a forum where are users are posting valid and legitimate request and concerns.

It is a bit Oxymoronic isn't it?
EXAMPLE : LICENSING is crucial part of the software. If the LICENSING expires the App would not be activated and renewed. ESET allows the user to suppress the License status/notifications for such a core and fundamental function of the Application.

But ESET would not allow disable of the status/notification of "Missing Support for Azure Code Signing"? But they allow in in ESET Endpoint?

It does not makes sense. When both products are used in Business environments.

@Marcos I have no way to reach out to ESET corporate. Isn't this forum is a place for that where you get user's request and send it to ESET HQ? I am not the only one in this thread. There are other users as well.

if i won't be able to install ESET or upgrade to a newer version ... that means there is no difference between Home/Business Edition, just hiding the notification

As I have mentioned. Windows Update is disabled for our entire organisation for various factors and crucial reason.  We can't able to install the ACS update.

Unless, there is a "standalone/offline ACS  Support" installer where we can apply to our clients.

That is the reason why I/we are asking to release an update where we can disable of the status/notification of "Missing Support for Azure Code Signing".

It is just a check box to make the status/notification disappear. Please provide this.

    Thank you.

Ok, but if these Windows 10 installations are outdated, they are considered by Microsoft anymore, where is the problem to continue to offer to these particular customers your services ?
If someone want to create something even for Windows 98, he can, no ?
Also, if i remember right, Microsoft said they want to offer to the community the code of Windows to make it something close to opensource.
I think it's time, in computer stuff to react about that kind of decision from a big company who want, each time, forcing people to buy a new computer or following them in any direction they choose.
You said, so, it's impossible to a company like yours to continue to provide upgrade and mostly protection to computer users who don't accept to follow the exclusive and abusive decisions of Microsoft ?
What about the fight against planned obsolescence?

    Hello,
I'm so sad, with a machine who work perfectly without any update, but only protected by the great nod32 (that i use from 2005) !
Almost 20 years using your antivirus, and now, this great company decides to bend front of Microsoft.
What's stopping you from providing releases like before to all your customers who decide not to follow Microsoft in its updates?
We pay you for that, no ?
My computer need a protection because i go to internet and i count on you for protecting it.
If i update my machine and become a slave of Microsoft, why i will not using their antivirus too ?
it's too difficult for ESET to provide a pack who are able to recognize if "Azure code" is present or not and install the proper version for both ?
With the future is announced it's terrible to see how dependent we are against companies like Microsoft, Apple, etc...
Where is the power and respect of the customer ?
    Very sad time...
    I'm using 1809 version.
    Last update =  17763.1282
After, i installed "StopUpdates10" bored by all updates and upgrades from Microsoft.
    have a nice day.

Users who don't update to the latest version of ESET Apps, knows fully of the consequence.
Just give the users the choice to disable the status. You can also prompt a explicit dialogue box letting users of the consequence.

Since it would be after Dec 2023, you should release an update to the app to let suppress the notification.

    Thank you.

    @Peter Randziak @Marcos

We are not "Home" Users. Isn't it oxymoronic? On your very website for business users, you also recommending "Home" products for business users who wants to lets users manages their endpoints/client PCs individually. The word "administrator" has a broad term for different organisation.

Even for small  business who are letting users manages their endpoints individually, there is an IT administrator. Hence the lines are blurred.

It is administrator's and business owners choice when to upgrade their Apps and OS. There are various mission critical factors. We are not on the same timeline as everyone. I strongly believe there tons of business who are in the same position.
If your "Home" products can be using in small and medium business environment, then the "Home" automatically becomes a "business" product.  If currently the users of "Home" products  are able to suppress the notification the notification for Windows Update, ESET developers can definitely allow the users to suppress the notification the notification for "Missing Support for Azure Code Signing" If you can let business users disabled the notification, due to "administrator" are "responsible" for the system and it's security, you can certainly and definitely let administrator of small and medium business environment who uses "Home" product. Which technically becomes a  "business" product. Which is by you own admission.
Those who disable it, knows fully the consequence. Please and simply allow disabling of status - Missing Support for Azure Code Signing. It is not rocket science.

    Thank you!

Also, I am asking the developers to do something about this notification so that it can be turned off.
I know that the system update, but it would also be useful for eset nod32 so that you can turn off the notification,
I don't want to change the antivirus because it is one of the best.  😕

I totally agree with whitefern and kurczak88
I use Windows 10 (1703 Build 15063.2078) 64bit  and i don't want to upgrade it for personal reasons
I hope you will find a solution for us (turn off the notification)
    regards
