we have installed ESET remote administrator 6 since few weeks everything is almost working as we want but there's something we don't understand some ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS are not activated which is strange because they are in the same network than others who are activated by remote administrator. Same network same config same computer but an activation error and it's impossible to activate them manually. So is there something to do ?
All the computers have eset agent installed with the same configuration. (6.1.444.0)
ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS is installed by remote administrator (6.2.2021.1)
On 41 computers we have 5 who don't want to activate NOD32, we have 100 product licence.
Any ideas ?
