yes it have been fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling again which is odd since i already did it (i uninstalled this time by Your uninstaller and the one before was by the manual eset uninstaller in safe mode) thank you.

so i've got Virus Scanner Initialization Failed when i turned on my computer today (no it wasn't there before), and i restarted my computer and the error is gone and after that i downloaded EICAR (virus test file very known) and it didn't block me from downloading it / running it and when i scan it it says 0 secs 0 scanned ? of course i uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same thing it doesn't detect EICAR .
