I recently had my pc compromised and to be safe I took it to Best Buy for scanning. ESET did not give me any warnings or evidence of content hacking and the Best Buy scan was clean also. To be safe (since I had financial information on my drive also) I had them clean my drive which caused me to lose the majority of my content including my ESET program. Will ESET allow me to download my previously purchased software? Best method to contact customer support? THanks
