Thanks.. . I has to uninstall as there was a conflict with my WIFI (hardwired and wireless). Many times I could not connect and when it did it was slow and no pictures downloaded. I have a pretty much identical Surface Pro 3 which has Norton on it and there are no problems. That is an i5 with 8gb of ram while the machine with the problem (running ESET) was and I5 with 4 gig of ram. Other than a few accounting programs they run the same programs and apps.

I know this has been asked before, please forgive me. Just came back to Nod32 after a few year using another suite. I know there was once a thread as to properly setting up (and not just using default). Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
