From what I gathered, eset antivirus is preventing me from launching a game on steam called Warframe. Now previously I was able to easily exclude any file from being scanned but now they made it super hard and only doable by nerds I mean https://help.eset.com/eav/11.1/en-US/idh_config_exclude.html makes absolutely no sense. So how do I exclude a game from being sabotaged by eset ?

So today I just realised that Windows is automatically making a new user account named "pilmhgyjk" no matter how many times I delete it and that's not the fake one that Eset SS makes as part of the security it has. However doing a full smart scan with Eset smartsecurity found nothing. Now what should I do?
