I beg to differ; I disabled only the "Enhanced memory protection" option in B&PP and Edge is stable again. I do not use the "Secure all browsers" feature as I prefer to use a separate B&PP browser session for all banking and payment sites and another non-B&PP browser session for regular browsing.
