Hmm. Well, it is simply a webpage link; nothing to identify the residence of the viewer. The assumption I would make is that the user who registered to use the forum would be identified by their license key and account information. I didn't assume that the product is offered only in Nigeria. It's just what came up for me in my search for answers with the original question that I posed. Honestly, I have found the ESET webpages to be poorly organized. I have enjoyed the product itself; it seems to be a good program and in years of being a customer, I've enjoyed it. But I have found that when it comes time to make any kind of change, or make contact with someone, it's rather difficult to do. So it takes me a long time to find answers. Perhaps those on this forum are more computer savvy than I. I'm sure that we're not all on equal footing with regard to our knowledge and understanding, regardless of the language that we speak natively.
I appreciate your information, "The answer is the Multi-Device license option is only offered in select countries selling Eset. The Eset N.A. eStore web site which sells and support Eset products in the U.S. doesn't offer it." I don't need to bother the folks at ESET Nigeria with my question, then. It was, happily, answered in this forum. 🙂
But that said...my original question, about how to add my husband's phone without creating another license key, is still a valid question. I wonder where I should direct that question, considering that I live in the USA? Can you assist me with that? TIA!
