When I submit a feedback from beta, I receive notification from Support: "Dear ESET user, Thank you for contacting ESET Customer Support. This is an automatic reply to confirm that we have received your case. Your case was assigned #00483037.We will answer your inquiry as soon as possible." Maybe it would be good idea to somehow separate support of the released product from beta test.
