Hi, @Marcos and the Team, Yesterday was fine, Today I have a problem to login in to my software (IL-2.exe). Protection of ESET blocks logging in to the server, a window pops up. So the login data cannot be compared with the database on the server. I have info in ESET - Black list PUA. Data from ESET Internet Security: 5.188.178.69 https://prod-master.il2sturmovik.net Pls check it and fix as soon as its possible.

TY for reply. No, It was reported during playing in VR only (when this tool was used). This has nothing to do with the browser or payments. In general, this should not appear as a blocked option. The browser (I use Chrome) may have been minimized at that time, I'll check if it shows up when I close it during playing and I'll back with info. Maybe this.

Hi, I noticed, that part of my software for VR (Virtual Reality) is marked in File Log as untrusted and its blocked what is wrong. Im sure 100% that this dll is safe (this message was appearing while playing in VR, I did not make any payment, but it collects data from the system). Can I add it somewere as trusted file and can I make ESET not block this dll? The screen is in Polish, but I translated some parts: Thank You for any reply.

For me it looks ok, I did it so maybe issue of the software. I'll create ticket about it. Thank You. I used Remember for this application, next Allow access. In rules I have nothing still so the soft will ask again and again, each time.

Yes, I have ON (looks like from default option is on). I didnt touched before. What I noticed in Rules I have nothing, so like the soft doesnt save those settings (is a place of exlusions?). Something doesnt work for me. Its MS software - Windows Mixed Reality, so very popular soft.

Hi, Im new user and I have a question. Im using very often VR Headset. Every time when Id like to fire up the software I see ESET question about permission to access for net camera. I use right button (turn on access) but.... I have to do always when I fire up my headset. For every one session 3 times and again again ect. Its a little annoying. Is it possible to add it to something like my "trusted" devices? Is it possible? Its in my language (trial version): Option in the buttom "remember for this application" is market as you see but according me it doesnt work. I must to give the access every VR session.
