Here they are essp_logs.zip, I saved the last 2 days, since I tried download PC Manager within that timeframe. Please note that I did not go through with installing PC Manager. When I tried downloading it ESET threw up a warning (image above) and then blocked the saving of the file. I figured it smarter to come here first and ask for advice before disabling protection to install the app. This is the official website of Microsoft's PC Manager, according to The Verge, Makeuseof, and other online publications: https://pcmanager-en.microsoft.com/ - this is where I went to download the app.

I want to try Microsoft's new PC Manager, but ESET Smart Security Premium is blocking both the cloud from where the file is downloaded and the file itself. I clicked on the Download button on PC Manager's official website pcmanager-en(dot)microsoft(dot)com and ESET's warning popped up: I ended up not going ahead with the installation. But according to official publications such as the Verge, this is the correct web address to get PC Manager. Is this a false positive? Thanks
