what is the command line ,please. and i suggest create command line to add/remove block ips.

we know that , the windows firewall can add rule by command line . doest eset can do the same thing ? one scene, when we using a socket server listening client connections, some of the client ip maybe are blocked, so if eset could add rule by command line , it might be very helpful.
