My license public id is: 3A4-49X-D6F I purchased with my university student email address (some company requires this to give the student discount), but I do not use that for personal matter. I receive the russian emails to this email address.

I opened a quick question with the following issue which I copy here. I got the following reply in this forum by Marcos: So I am here to contact the seller, because I ordered the product directly from eset.com. I am not from Russia (I am actually from Hungary) and do not even understand russian (I used translator to read the email). I think I misunderstood this sentence: Can you give a bit more explanation?
