ahh ok thats my father. It says License not found when I try to add a license to my account. Should I instead create/login to ESET Home with his email?

Ok but that doesn't solve my problem as I have an active license from before which ended 2023-07-18... this one ends in a month... I have image of this, I can also send you the license-ID here or? Would be great if I can use that instead of purchasing a new one...

Hi, I just reset my computer due to windows errors so now my computer is clean. I had my licens for ESET security another year but it doesn't seem to work on my computer as I think it thinks its a .. new computer. So now I only have a month free version and need to fix this ASAP. I'll attatch some images, I'll say my license-ID if admin asks for it. As im not sure on how to do this I need help... I removed my "old" computer on ESET which as "Fredriks spaceship".
