Actually, it just finally worked after days of trying. If my choice of browsers crash the process (ie, 'sorry this page is not available, please try again later) then please accept my apologies for interrupting production services.

I've tried on almost every browser.. various computers and operating systems. I do not know how to open a ticket, which is why I posted here. I've wasted a lot of time for such a simple task.

When I populate the fields the submit button does nothing... my passwords are very complex and meet all requirements. The site even seemed to crash the last time I tried. What do I have to do to change my password??
