  1. I know how to view quarantined messages. I am asking about how to review the ones I submitted for analysis. To check on the status as to why it was quarantined.
  2. I am running a trial on ESET's email security service and our M365 quarantined email got quarantined because an email in quarantine was bad. I submitted it twice, now, for analysis but under the Logs -> Submitted Files, it does not show up. Where can I check on the status of a submitted email?
  3. i didn't get the pop-up which was the issue. Even if I did, why was there no warning?
  4. I ran an update using the One-click update method as referenced in this forum post, but I did not get a pop-up box like that. This caused a huge disruption and I am afraid of the damage it may have caused throughout our company.
