  1. I've always liked Eset, it's products and customer service. But, you should really take ERA6 behind the building and shoot it in the head (twice if possible) and release ERA5.5. Knowledgebase articles and videos are all nice, but consider this - when using ERA5 I didn't have to spend my days reading knowleadgebase articles and watching videos, it worked and was simple and intuitive. This is why ERA6 is bloody horrible - _ it is too complex and getting it to work and managing it takes too much of my time_. Period.
  2. Found the solution, going to use ERA5 until I find a new AV product that's not a nightmare to use. Something that makes my life simpler, not harder. After testing ERA6, I can honestly say that compared to ERA5, it is horrible and buggy. Customer experience - it's been almost two days since I touched it and I still wake up pissed off.
  3. Hey Jim, Thank you for your response, it is good to know that someone actually manages to use the thing. I had no problems with ERA5, it was a really good system. ERA6 on the other hand, gives me nothing but problems, clients don't always install, some tasks just don't run, etc. ERA6 couldn't even install AV on the same server it was running on - the task just wouldn't run. My experience with ERA6 is that, I would rather step on a rusty nail than use it. All I really wanted to say was that, if i wanted to manage a slow moving multilayered monster like SCCM, have little or no manual control and spend my days reading logs, forums and help files, I would install SCCM and get free AV. Only good news is that i bought licenses for 1 year, maybe ERA5 will work until then. All the best Gert
