Hello, I'm afraid I caught a virus on skype. One of my otherwise trusted contacts sent me a PIF file. Unfortunately I opened this too quickly. My PC is noticeably slower now. I've now bought your software. A damaged file is found "Operating memory -> dllhost.exe(2860)". However, this cannot be deleted / cleaned. Please help how to get the virus from my system.
