Worked it out. We had the traffic shaping enabled on our Meraki MX64. I've removed it.

Hi, Are other people experiencing the same update issues with the Windows 10 May Update 2019? Tried clear the cache on the update, set so it doesn't use a proxy. Reinstalling ESET and also do a fresh install of Windows 10. Still having issues.

Got it sorted. Had several windows installers still running even after server restarts. Had to kill manually via task manager.

Hi, What addresses that ESET 6 uses to activate the product? I'm using Mcafee proxy and tried to activate and it didnt connect. I've turned off the proxy and it was able to activate. We have ESET exceptions already, so when we enabled the proxy again, it was able to connect to update.

SQL backup and restore didnt run well so I've done a fresh install, rescanned the computer, installed the agents and set the policy again.

Further to this, uable to uninstall - Remote administrator agent - Remote administrator server - Rogue detection server Server restarted several times as well. Any ways to clean everything and start scratch?

Yeah. The environment they are using is Windows 2012 standard. I see no trace on "Add/Remove Programs", Start Menu and in the Program Files.

Hi, I've uninstalled ESET FS 4 to install ESET FS 6. ESET FS4 uninstalled correctly and I've tried to install version 6 and it comes up with the error message "Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one". I've tried ESET uninstall program to make sure there's nothing there and it still doesn't. I do have the ESET Remote Administration Server and the Agent. Could that be affecting it?
