  4. Trying to do the product update. Every time I do this, the process ends with an error. There is no error number, it just says "File not found on Server". I'm getting the exact same response with both of my PCs that ESET is installed on. (Haven't tried it on the third.) This situation has been going on for at least two days. I've cleaned the cache, and I've rebooted. Makes no difference. What's going on?
