  1. Still an ESET product for MacOS that provides no support for the most used E-Mail server (in a secure way), such as Exchange, is still an omission. Second of all, the last update of the "app" was a very long time ago. Even the last entry in the changelog contains a dead link. Besides the e-mail issue, also the context dependent service are gone (even after pushing all kind of switches in the preference corner, or even reinstalling). Okay, they may be leading in virus detection and removal, the there are many improvements to make in the "app".
  2. I think your response is a contradiction: ESET [...] scans only POP3 and IMAP protocol Most likely you fetch email from the server via POP3S or IMAPS so it cannot be scanned Please clarify, or is the difference in the "s" ;-) To be more explicit, I use Apple Mail, the app as well as icloud mail. I think, but you are the expert, this is IMAP based. In case Apple Mail is not support (or exchange) why is the option in ESET if it does not provide this service?
  3. How can I configure CyberSecurity Pro (Mac) to scan Apple Mail content? I enabled the option in preferences with also the option to always add a tag or sentence to the mail scanned. But this tag or sentence never occurs. Does ESET work with Apple Mail anyway? Please advise how to configure (possible with an example) ? Kind regards, R.
