How about my LIC is to end, so they send me a mail with an offer for 25% off, I try with the chat online to pay for the renew, and they can't make it happen, they don’t now how to doit. the second day the chat sales guy tells me to go incognito web page and pay so I do it and I buy a new Lic at 100% price, I ask for my discount and the say "I don’t care" so they stole mu money. This is the las time I use this product, when the lic goes off I will move. And the chat guys are very rude
