RG07

I am upgrading to the new Password manager but when I put my password in which I use for ESET it is not being recognised _ I assumed I would have used the same password for ESET and the password manager (master password). I have said I have forgotten but then it asks for the recovery key and I cannot remember seeing one when I changed over to ESET a couple of years ago. How can I either find the recovery key or change master password without the recovery key- is it the license key? Ruth
