  1. Thanks for replying. Yeah, I did make a typo. Thanks for clearing that up. I had no idea about the certmgr.msc program until today. This has solved my post.
  2. The thumbprint is 7ea162b621a856ea3c8d5b568cdd8f51f22c4e73 expiration date 5/2/2023. I would like to verify that this is legitimately Eset. Google returned nothing when I searched this pop up message. Should I be posting in NordVPN forums?
  3. I attempted to allow it through the firewall, but I didn't get it right. I would like to allow Liveguard servers through the firewall.
  4. I had to install Office for school, and I don't like teams or Skype for business. Can I disable them from running through ESET? Malwarebytes was able to.
  5. I just raised all scan options in advanced settings to scan more things and my computer is slower because of it. Is there any way to keep these scan settings, but only allow ESET to use less CPU than it currently does?
  6. I just got a YubiKey and I don't know the best means to use it yet. I still have to figure out if I want to switch to a local account to use it for my windows laptop. I would like to use it where I am required to enter a 8 character password at most with required yubikey insertion.
  7. I am not sure if I should be connected to the internet when I startup. I use this laptop at school and idk what tricks opportunists can pull off.
  8. Ok thanks. I forgot to include a question about offline scans in the body of my post. Is there something similar offered by ESET?
  9. I didn't take that good of a screenshot. Let me know if you have any questions. Inside the slider bars to the left it says allowed. I think it was "process was allowed". This shows up fairly often every day. Same "3793e" number for file location every time.
  10. I just got the license and am new to this AV. I allowed ecmd.exe access to exploit protection files in windows defender, but there were four files that weren't allowed access once I ran an in-depth scan. I would like to scan this entire computer. When the pop-ups say a process was allowed it means those files weren't one of the four? Side note: What other anti-spyware or any other device security programs would improve my security? I never access an unsecured website on this device. Also, no explicit material of any sort.
