I had NOD 32 but needed to renew. It won't let me open ESET for some reason. I click to open but nothing happens. It won't let me install the new version as it says its already installed. I try to remove the program but for some reason it states I don't have permission. I am the sole owner of this program so it doesn't make sense. Need help. I bought a 2 year subscription 3 days ago and have yet to be able to use it.
