I have a ESMC on premise, the half of the clients are outside the network working remotely, but they have installed the eset agent which is reporting to my ESMC even being outside the LAN (or VPN). Is it possible somehow to upgrade the products with this topology, instead of having the computers logged in to the vpn? Thanks
